1. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of Items

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3. How to Return

  • To start a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website, or contact our customer service at info@ulhuda.com.
  • Please ensure you have your order number and email address used to place the order ready when initiating the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, intimate apparel, or customized products.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@ulhuda.com with photos of the damage. We will assist with a return or exchange.

8. Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items you are returning. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don’t have tracking confirmation.
